  • Tammie Fitzpatrick

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, HDC MIDATLANTIC

    With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate development, Tammie Fitzpatrick serves as HDC MidAtlantic’s COO. Fitzpatrick has dedicated her career to solving complex problems and finding solutions to the affordable housing crisis. Fitzpatrick earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. Before taking her current role, she served as HDC’s Director of Real Estate Operations. She has previously worked at Community Basics, Inc.; LeFevre Funk Architects; and Miranda Architects. Fitzpatrick is the executive co-chair at Women in Housing and Finance of Pennsylvania and serves as a board member at the Coalition for Smart Growth and Lancaster Equity. She is a member of the Leadership Lancaster Achieve Committee and the Coalition for Sustainable Housing.

  • Mitchell H. Frumkin, PE, RS

    PRESIDENT, KIPCON, INC.

    Mitchell H. Frumkin is founder and president of Kipcon Inc., a full-service engineering firm which provides engineering consulting services specializing in community associations. Mr. Frumkin is a frequent speaker and writer on state and national levels for the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He is past national president of CAI as well as the Foundation for Community Association Research. On a local level he has served as president of both the New Jersey and the Keystone ( Pennsylvania) chapters of CAI. As past chair of CAI’s National Reserve Professionals Committee, Mr. Frumkin is editor and contributing author of the Guide for Association Practitioners (GAP) report, Reserve Funds: How and Why Community Associations Invest Assets. During his time as chair, this committee developed the National Reserve Study Standards of the Community Associations Institute and the “Reserve Specialist” designation

    Debbie Gable serves as Vice President of Resident Services at HDC MidAtlantic, leading a team that provides supports to residents that promote economic mobility, housing stability, and health and wellness. For over 38 years, Gable has dedicated her career to advancing equity and promoting human dignity through work in nonprofit and social service organizations including Planned Parenthood of Central PA and YWCA York. Gable earned a B.S. in Individual and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University, and an M.A. in Human Sciences and Psychology from Hood College. She serves as a member at Equity Council of HEAL PA and the Central PA Market Trust Business Development Committee.

  • Adam Holland, CPM, MBA

    IT DIRECTOR, SUNRISE MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING

    Adam Holland, CPM, MBA has been working in multifamily real estate for seven years at Sunrise Management and Consulting. Adam is the IT Director at Sunrise and has spearheaded the effort to create key performance indicators for every department. Adam is a CPM, ARM, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker of New York, and Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified. In his time at Sunrise Adam has worked in every position from Maintenance Technician to IT Director. Adam is focused on utilizing data to improve operations and enhance the customer experience. As part of this effort, he has partnered with industry experts to create Property Gauge, a platform that utilizes data flow from property management software to establish and monitor key performance indicators and operational intelligence.

    With over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jesse is responsible for the vision and direction of the company's business initiatives, including creating new opportunities for Sunrise and its clients. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts, and an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). Jesse has been actively involved in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for many years and has held multiple leadership positions within the organization. He is a former President of the New York Capital Region Chapter 93 of the IREM Association and has served as a Regional Vice President of IREM's Region 2.

    Jane Coyle Lahage has more than 30 years’ experience in the affordable housing industry. Since 2005, Jane has served as the Director of Operations for Federation Housing Inc. a not-for-profit real estate management and development company located in Northeast Philadelphia. She previously served as a Project Manager for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Philadelphia Multifamily Office. Jane began her career in affordable housing at Presby Homes & Services. Jane is a graduate of Villanova University. She has received the professional designation NAHP-e, National Affordable Housing Professional – Executive. She is credentialed in Fair Housing and Tax Credit Compliance.

    Andrew J. Podolski is a Shareholder at Stark & Stark, P.C. and member of the Firm’s Transition and Construction Law Group, wherein he concentrates his practice on representing multi-family residential and commercial property owners in construction related conflicts. His practice encompasses disputes between common interest community associations and developers over transition of control, construction defect claims, litigation with contractor-vendors and insurance coverage claims on behalf of policyholders.     James Trynosky is an Executive Vice President of The Falcon Group’s MEP division. He develops working drawings and construction documents for the firm’s residential, commercial, retail and energy projects. Mr. Trynosky has vast experience in residential, government, industrial, commercial and institutional HVAC system design, both new construction and projects within existing buildings. Mr. Trynosky also has experience working on energy performance projects through initial site observations, developing feasibility studies, economic analysis evaluating potential energy conservation measures, and design and implementation. He has provided oversight and management during construction. Mr. Trynosky received his professional accreditation in the United States Green Building Council’s LEED program; he enhanced this credential with a specialty in building design and construction. He is well-versed in requirements for building LEED certification, and current sustainable building design practices.

  • Todd Snovel

    CHIEF LEADERSHIP AND ENGAGEMENT OFFICER, COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ASSOCIATION OF PENNSYLVANIA

    Todd Snovel (he, him, his) was previously appointed by former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf as the inaugural executive director for the Pennsylvania Commission on LGBTQ Affairs. He is the immediate past chair of the Keystone Business Alliance, South Central PA's LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, and has recently launched the LGBTQ+ Giving Circle as a new program through the Lancaster County Community Foundation. Todd also serves on the board for the Foundation for Enhancing Community and for the Family Health Council of Central Pennsylvania. He was presented with the Athena Award by the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2014, the Catalyst Award from the Harrisburg Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2019, and was named one of Central Pennsylvania's 40 Under 40 in 2020.

  • Karla Wursthorn, CPE, LEED AP BD+C

    Karla Wursthorn, CPE, LEED AP BD+C, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has performed a variety of functions including estimating, marketing and project management. Educated as an architect at the University of Notre Dame, her prior experience includes working for both an architectural and a design/build firm. She currently oversees TN Ward Company’s development and estimating efforts. Karla is also an Adjunct Instructor at Thomas Jefferson University, teaching about construction Materials and Methods. She served three terms as President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators and is a member of the ASPE National Standards Committee, which recently published the 11th Edition of the Standard Estimating Practice Manual. Karla has been involved with eight successful renovate-in-place affordable housing projects over the last 10 years.
