Devlin began her career in affordable housing over 16 years ago. During that time, she has held various roles in which she led lease-ups, oversite of new construction, and rehabs. In her current role, she and her team are responsible for ensuring that CCI’s diverse portfolio of communities maintain compliance with all federal, state and local affordable housing programs as well as landlord/tenant law. During her career, Erin has earned several industry designations including Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), and Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO). She’s an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and National Affordable Housing Management Association.
