Miller began his career in residential housing with a duplex investment right after college. After encountering significant property damage caused by Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), he discovered that many ESA letters were fraudulently obtained online. Realizing the need for a solution, he collaborated with legal experts to develop a thorough verification process that exposed fraudulent letters while ensuring compliance with HUD regulations. In 2021, he launched OurPetPolicy, a platform aimed at reducing property damage by promoting responsible animal ownership. Today, OurPetPolicy operates nationwide, converting thousands of fraudulent ESAs into pets.
