The IREM Tri-State Conference & Expo draws real estate professionals, property managers, and building engineers throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.


Expo Hours — Thursday, February 22, 11:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. There are no exhibits on February 23. A Networking Breakfast will take place the next morning from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with IREM Presentations.

Cost — Friend of IREM: $900 by December 31; $1,000 after December 31. Non-Member: $1,350. This cost is per table and provides not only your space, but two tickets to Lunch, Expo Reception, Evening Networking event at Premier Nightclub, and Networking Breakfast the following morning. 

Reservation Details — Tables will be assigned on a first registered and paid basis. Sponsors will be assigned premium or preferred exhibit spaces. 

Exhibit Space — Exhibit space for the expo provides a skirted table for table top displays or, if you require additional space for your exhibit, you may reserve two tables to be placed side by side. We are unable to provide accommodations for wall hangings or freestanding displays, however pull up/retractable banners are permitted.

Tabletop Guidelines —  Should you not adhere to these guidelines, you may be asked to remove your display. Displays are limited to the 6’ table. Click Here for examples of acceptable exhibit displays. Large backdrops are not permitted, however pull up/retractable banners are permitted. Be mindful of the neighbors behind and around you. Information Forms — Below are links to a printable and an online exhibitor information form for your convenience; we suggest you return the form as soon as possible to ensure the best location. 

Exhibitor Check-In
Wednesday, February 21  from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. OR
Thursday, February 22 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., prior to the opening of the expo floor.
Exhibitors MUST check in by 11 a.m. if they wish to participate in the lunchtime hours; no exhibitors will be permitted to set up after 11 a.m.

Confirmation for your Expo reservation will be sent via e-mail approximately two weeks prior to the Expo; exhibit table locations will be confirmed at that time.
